When you book a course:

 

After you have booked a course, an invoice will be sent to your school for payment within 30 days (or before the course starts whichever is the sooner).

 

Within 7 days of booking a course the course attendance and venue information will be sent out to the delegate(s) also.

 

Course payment:

All courses must be paid for prior to delegate attendance at a course, a delegate arriving at a course who (or their organisation) has not paid will not be allowed to attend the course (unless by prior agreement with JSH Learning).

 

All day courses:

Lunch and drinks will be provided during all-day courses.

 

Unless stated otherwise, courses will run from 09:00 to 15:30.

Dress code:

No dress code/casual.

Course allocation:

All courses will be filled on a first come first served basis. If a course becomes full, a delegate's name can be added to a reserve list if they wish.

Cancellation:

 

Cancellation of a course by JSH Learning

If a course is cancelled by JSH Learning all delegates will receive confirmation in writing of cancellation and a full refund.

Cancellation of a course by the delegate or the delegate's organisation

If a delegate or a delegate's organisation cancels a training course all cancellations must be in writing.

Try to give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel a booking to avoid the cancellation charges for each delegate described below:

 

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the course: 10% of the total course cost

• Cancellation between 30 days and 7 days before the start of the course: 50% of the total course cost

• Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the course: no refund given

 

[If a delegate is replaced by another delegate from the same organisation no charges will apply, however you must inform us in writing before the start of the course or the new delegate could get turned away; and, also so we can cater for their dietary needs] 
 

When booking a course online delegates can cancel within 7 days of booking the course with no charge during a cooling-off period, after 7 days the conditions described above apply.

If you are a school booking the course on behalf of a delegate please ensure you have advised the delegate of these terms and conditions.
